REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please choose carefully, we do not offer refunds for Mini Golf or Driving Range due to rain or a change of mind.
- Once Clinics/Camps have been paid for there are NO REFUNDS
- MORE than 24 hours’ notice PRIOR to the start time of a lesson gives you the option of rescheduling your booking.
- LESS than 24 hours’ notice prior the start time of a lesson will not enable you to reschedule or receive a credit for the cost of the lesson cancelled.

Weather – If Pittwater Golf Centre needs to cancel a lesson due to weather or other reasons beyond our control, your lesson will be rescheduled.
- We do not refund Pro Shop sales items. We offer exchanges with proof of purchase for unused Pro Shop items in good condition.
SELECTION OF GOLF LESSONS/CLINICS
- If you are unsure of which Clinic or instructor would best suit your needs, please call us on (02) 98471200 or follow this link to our website http://www.pittwatergolfcentre.com.au/academy
- Clinics/Camps require a minimum number of participants to be able to run. PGC will notify customers if a Clinic/Camp will not run BEFORE the day of the Clinic/Camp.
- If PGC need to cancel a Clinic/Camp, customers will receive a credit or a refund.
- Once you have booked a Clinic/Camp, you are responsible for attending on the advertised dates. No credits or refunds will apply. Any make up classes will be at the discretion of the teaching Professional and Pittwater Golf Centre.
GOLF LESSON PACKAGES
- All Golf Lesson Packages have a 12-month expiry date.
- The packages are interchangeable between our Pros, please keep in mind that there may be a difference in prices.
RANGE BALL PACKAGES
- All Range Ball Packages have a 12-month expiry date.
PGC GIFT CERTIFICATES
- All PGC Gift Vouchers have a 3-year expiry date.
MINI GOLF PARTIES / GOLF PARTIES
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please choose carefully, Mini Golf / Golf Party Deposits are non-refundable.

In the case of heavy rain, we will speak to you the morning of the party (not prior) to see if you wish to proceed, reschedule or cancel the party. If you choose to cancel, we send you a $100 voucher to use at the Centre within 12 months.

We encourage you to proceed in light rain as we move you to a fully covered area for food and ask the kids to dress for the weather (which the kids enjoy).

In the case of illness, we will require a current medical certificate and can reschedule your party at an available time.

We require 3 weeks’ notice if you change your mind and wish to change the date of the party and the new booking is subject to availability.
PGC POLICY

We offer Fully catered parties on weekends and don’t allow outside food or drinks to be bought to the Centre other than Birthday cake and lolly bags.

Due to the business of the Centre during school holidays; we don’t offer self-catered party options during this time.
PGC MEMBER LOYALTY CARD
PGC POLICY

To become a PGC Member we require your name, mobile number, e-mail address and Date of Birth. This information will not be shared with any other organisation.

We require proof of any concession cards you wish to use.

The PGC Member Loyalty Card can only be used by the cardholder.

We will update you with special offers periodically.

Member offers are subject to change at any time.
PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
- Customers must follow staff directions at all times. Aggressive behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

NO SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking or Vaping is not permitted at Pittwater Golf Centre.
